Email job alerts

Right now we’re allowing people to sign up for email alerts however they’re not yet being sent.

First version

• Based on the page the user entered their email (or their search)

• Subscribe user to daily new job alerts, but only if there’s some new jobs posted since the last email.

• Include link in the email to adjust the frequency of the alert emails (no signup required to do so)
